I have been learning carnatic music for the past 2 years with Anna with Mr.Ramjhi's group. Music from movies are all we hear outside though... So when Amma and Appa came across the oppurtunity for me to sing on stage by the way of Ramjhi Uncle's '
Issai Mazhalai' group they were quick to react. I had already received quite a few complements that I look like Kamal in my pyjama kurta. So it was a easy decision on what song I had to perform for my audition..
'Ammavum Neeye Appavum Neeye' is the chosen one!!After a couple of weeks of practice, it became second nature for me to sing this one on cue. Everyone including Patti and Thatha also loved my rendition. Ramjhi uncle must have liked it too..now I am a part of his group..
